How will my order be shipped? REGULAR SHIPPING We usually ship your order within 24 hours. It will ship from Port Townsend, Washington, by US Mail. Depending on the size of your order, you will be given the choice of First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Media Mail. Media Mail is the cheapest and takes the longest (typically 7-14 days) but only applies to shipping in the United States. EXPEDITED SHIPPING Because of our location in a rural area, we don't offer overnight delivery or 2-day Air for expedited shipping to US customers. If you are in a hurry and want Overnight Delivery, we suggest that you order from either Amazon.com or CDBaby.com. Both of these companies carry all of our music, and are set up to easily accommodate a rush order. WHERE WILL I SEE THE SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES? Shipping and handling charges will be added automatically after you enter your credit card information on the order form. You will see the amount of shipping and handling that will be charged when you select the shipping preference for your order.

Quantity Discounts We offer a discount of 10% on orders of 6 CD's or more. The discount will be applied to your order during checkout, after you have entered your shipping and billing information. Higher discounts are available to individuals for orders of 20 CD's or more. Please e-mail or call (360-385-0820) if you are interested in making an order of this size. What is your return policy? Occasionally CD's or cassettes come from the factory with defects. If you should receive a CD or cassette that is defective, send it back to us for a replacement, with our apologies for the inconvenience. We will ship your new CD or cassette ASAP, at our expense, and include a refund for the original shipping charge.

What is your policy on Privacy? We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will add your name and email address to Shaina's mailing list, used only to notify you when we release a new CD. If you would prefer to not be on our mailing list, just email us and we will happily delete your name from our list.
