Mirabai Daniels is another singer/songwriter from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and a friend of mine. A few years ago she released her first CD, “This Love”, shared it with me and Richard, and we loved it so much that we were inspired to offer it for sale through my website. Here is my review of This Love: “I love this CD! From the first playing of the first song, I have been crazy about This Love. What touches me most is Mirabai's energy as it shines through these songs, a collection of poems by Rumi and other mystical poets that she has set to music. There is something very pure and present about her voice, and her intimate connection with the material. I love the instruments that accompany her, ranging from the deep pulse of percussion to the soulful weaving of cello, guitar and flute.
