will my Life Path Profile be delivered?
When
you order your Profile, you will have the option of purchasing
an e-mail version that will be sent electronically, or choosing
to have a hard copy sent by US mail. The
information
following applies only to
the the hard copy version.
SHIPPING
TO USA AND OTHER COUNTRIES
We
usually ship your order within 24 hours. It will ship from
New Mexico, First Class Mail to US residents, Air Mail to other
countries. It will be shipped separately from other
products you order from shainanoll.com.
WHERE
WILL I SEE THE SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES?
Shipping
and handling are included in the price of the hard copy Life
Path Profile.

What
Does A Life Path Profile Cost?
- Life
Path Profiles sent via E-mail: $45.00 (+ New Mexico Sales
Tax if you live in New Mexico).
- Hard
Copy Profiles sent by Mail: $50.00 + Shipping, which will
be calculated automatically when you place your online
order (+ New Mexico Sales Tax if you live in New Mexico).
Current
Year/New Cycle Profiles:
After
you have purchased the full Life Path Profile, you have the
option of purchasing, separately, the Profile on a new cycle
or year as they arrive. You will be clear from your original
profile when a new cycle will begin. A new year begins each
year on your birthday.

Follow-up

is your policy on Returns? Should
you receive a Profile by e-mail that, for whatever reason,
you cannot open or read, I will be happy to send a new one,
or, for a small additional charge, a hard copy. If you have
difficulty reading or opening your profile, please contact

and I will assist you in resolving the situation.
We
do not accept returns of Life Path Profiles.

is your policy on Privacy? We
do not sell, trade, or rent your personal
information to others. We will add your name and email address
to Shaina's mailing list, used only to notify you when we release
a new CD. If you would prefer to not be on our mailing list,
just email
us and we will happily delete your name from our list.
